Dear Respected Colleagues and Esteemed Delegates,
It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the first Siloam Neuroscience Summit, a multidisciplinary and comprehensive scientific forum committed to advancing the frontiers of neuroscience through knowledge integration, fostering clinical excellence, and translational collaboration. This summit reflects our collective pursuit of scientific precision and patient-centered innovation across the interconnected spectrum of neurology, neurosurgery, and the neurosciences.
As neurological disorders become increasingly complex and clinical demands more challenging, the need to converge across neuroscience disciplines has never been more urgent. Through keynote symposia, case-based sessions, and scientific presentations, this summit aims to stimulate cross-disciplinary exchange and promote the translation of research into transformative strategies. On behalf of the organizing committee, thank you for your presence and enthusiasm—may this summit be a productive, insightful, and globally impactful scientific experience.
With warmest regards,
Prof. Yusak Mangara Tua Siahaan, MD, PhD, FIPP, CIPS, FMIN
Chairman Siloam Neuroscience Summit

Distinguished Colleagues and Esteemed Delegates,
It is a privilege to welcome you to the inaugural Siloam Neuroscience Summit, a scientific forum dedicated to advancing neurological care through the collaborative integration of neurology, neurosurgery, and related neurosciences.
As neuroscience evolves, so must our commitment to delivering care that is not only evidence-based, but also patient-centered, safe, and responsive catering to every individual needs. Achieving this demands more than clinical expertise, we recognize the needs for a true interdisciplinary collaboration. By uniting insights across specialties and allied disciplines, we can improve not only survival outcomes but also the quality of life our patients and their families deserve.
Our shared goal is to advance toward safer, less invasive, and more effective minimally invasive interventions—driven by innovation and a steadfast focus on patient safety and long-term survival. Just as importantly, we must remain attentive to the voices of our patients, whose lived experiences guide us in delivering care with empathy and relevance.
May this summit foster meaningful exchange, stimulate inquiry, and strengthen our collective pursuit of excellence in neuroscience.
Warm regards,
Prof. Dr. dr. Julius July, Sp.BS, K, M. Kes, IFAANS
